Returns and refunds policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after original purchase.

Refunds will only beĀ given if the product was delivered with a manufacturers’ defect or the product is not what the customer originally ordered. Refunds or returns are NOT allowed for sizing issues. Exchanges are allowed for sizing issues. See Exchanges below.

Please send an email to sales@sledtheory.com to request a refund. (Please Include your order number, the reason for the return, photos of the damage/defect, and your complete contact information.)

Exchanges

Sled Theory will only exchange items for sizing issues if they are returned in 100% new condition, not washed or worn or used for any reason. Please email sales@sledtheory.com to request an exchange.
